 1) Install of postgis without any adding of postgis specific user objects
 (e.g geometry tables, raster tables)

 when you uninstall should result in  database with same number of
 functions, operators, casts, etc as what you had before postgis install

 2) Uninstall on a postgis enabled database that has postgis specific user
 data (e.g. geometry tables / raster tables / user views using postgis
 etc.) should fail.
