[postgis-devel] OGC specification reference in manual

Any volunteer for updating postgis references to
OGC abstract specification toward the new ORM document ?

The old thing is not available anymore, so not much useful.
The work would require picking each of the functions referencing
the old spec, looking for those function in the new spec and update
the reference (verifying everything still works as specified).
