 Bborie,

 It works under PostgreSQL now.  I thought I had my global environment
 PROJSO set, but I had a typo. So fixing that worked.  Though I could have
 sworn the first time they all registered as NULL -- all the fields.  But
 can't recreate that again. So I guess you don't need to venture into
 windows land.

 strk -- can you confirm things work for you with PROJSO environment
 variable
 then I guess we can close this out.
