Comment:

 Well it's supposed to be returning on either even or odd.  That's the
 point of the faces check I think.  But perhaps you have found the bug I've
 been too lazy to investigate that it's not putting it in the correct side
 of the street.

 Mike,

 for future tiger geocoder bug tickets -- we do have a component option now
 called "tiger geocoder". Please specify that one. Poor Paul is already
 overworked, and when you take the default "postgis" -- it gets dumped on
 his shoulders.
