 The regression for rt_asgdalraster_expection is what concerns me.  I'll
 have to test with GDAL 1.9.0 to see if that changed the output.  My dev
 environment is PostgreSQL 9.0, PostGIS r7171, GDAL 1.8.0 on a 64-bit
 system.

 And it would be nice if we could strip the "SELECT" lines out.
