 I've renamed the function parameter "hasnodata" to "exclude_nodata_value"
 in r7294 for ST_SummaryStats, ST_Count, ST_Sum, ST_Mean, ST_StdDev,
 ST_MinMax, ST_Quantile, ST_Histogram, ST_ValueCount and ST_ValuePercent.
