Right... I often forget that the license doesn't stop you from trying to 
sell it - even though it seems ridiculous to try to sell software that 
you can't prevent other people from giving away for free.

In the case of documentation though, you have the physical manifestation 
of a book, which is still worth something (to some people) even if you 
can get the content of it for free.
