Comment:

 No, absolutely not. We're either not changing our external unknown SRID
 (leave at -1) or we're changing it to 0. So far the balance seems to be
 back to returning to -1. If we did anything other than -1 in the beginning
 we'd be better, but that's not on the table. We have -1 pretty set into
 stone in places it seems.
