 I suggest we have ST_SRID() return null for a geometry/geography with
 unknown srid and that we either provide an ST_UnsetSRID or allow calling
 ST_SetSRID with a null argument as SRID.

 If we did this from the beginning we'd have no problem going from -1 to
 0...
