[postgis-devel] trunk == 2.0.1

I took out my sloppy install approach from the docs since the pg_restore was
cleaner, but for those who have already screwed up and don't have the
patience to rerestore their backup.

You should be able to recover by:

running the 

postgis_upgrade_minor.sql and raster_update_minor.sql files afterward.


People who used extensions -- you won't be able to run those scripts, but
you can run the drop function statements at the end.

That in theory is all you need to run to fix a faulty upgrade.
