 There shouldn't be anything more than swapping the function names.  What
 makes it even stranger is that none of the deprecated Map Algebra
 functions have been worked on in -trunk since 2.0 go branched.  Is the
 source raster used in that example available anywhere?  I'd like to
 replicate that test.
