 I notice that lwgeom_grid() isn't available on liblwgeom; it's currently
 implemented directcly into the PostGIS main-core.
 IMHO liblwgeom looks to be a more appropriate place for this API.

 the attached patch allows to transfer lwgeom_grid() directly in liblwgeom.
