 As many have noticed, the regress for PostGIS 2.0+ has been fialing
 because of our change in temp dir.

 I would like to move these scripts into the postgis SVN.

 I was thinking something along the line of postgis/buildbot/scripts/linux

 postgis/buildbot/scripts/windows

 I'd like to copy my mingw sh/bat scripts there as well.

 Then we can fix the scripts and change hudson/jenkins to pull from new
 location.

 Any thoughts, concerns, etc?
