[postgis-devel] Pushing 2.0.1 out

There are 24 bug fixes in the 2.0 branch already, and 4 improvement
(most notable one being huge speedup of ST_MakeValid).

The bug tracker contains over 65 items targetted at the 2.0.1 milestone.

Over 2 months are gone since release of 2.0.0.
My proposal is to push as many items as possible to a 2.0.2 milestone
and cut up a 2.0.1 release as soon as possible. I'm available to work
on easing the process. Comments ?
