Comment:

 Not sure why this was assigned to me. It looks to me like all of the names
 in the NEWS file are listed in the "contributors" section of the manual, I
 think Regina has been doing a great job of keeping this up to date. Unless
 Regina has any suggestions of other places to look for
 credits/contributors, I think this is done.
