[postgis-devel] Raster support in 2.0.0

I wonder why the gdal packaging is gdal->(requres)->gdal-netcdf, etc,
rather than the other way around. Since GDAL supports pluggable
extension it would be nice if packagers tried to thin out the base
GDAL installation footprint.
