 What versions are you running for GDAL, PostgreSQL and PostGIS?  Based
 upon your command-line flags for raster2pgsql, you shouldn't have any
 issues.  Also, make sure your QGIS raster plugin is up-to-date.

 I'll do some testing once I generate a raster of the same characteristics
 as your source raster.
