[postgis-devel] Vote to drop support for 8.4 in 2.1

Current Debian (squeeze) is using 8.4.  Next Debian
(wheezy) is using 9.1.
I think it would be good if PostGIS could wait with
dropping 8.4 support until wheezy is out (probably
early next year).
