[postgis-devel] Interruptibility of GEOS-implemented functions : work committed

I've committed an implementation of the signal handler idea so that
the handler is installed by PostGIS using the postgresql functions
for that.

In order to test you'll need:

 - GEOS trunk (r3648 or newer)
 - PostGIS trunk (r9824 or newer)
 - A known to be long-running and uninterruptible query

Please let me know if you can (1) build the above setup
and (2) interrupt the long-running query.
