Comment:

 Okay I think I've resolved this r10633 - r10634.  I created a separate
 file tiger_loader_2012.sql and changed the create new scripts to use that
 instead.  I think that will work for 2011 as well, but won't merge until
 I've tested with 2011.

 The folder is now misnamed so will rename before I close this ticket and
 also need to update the readme and docs.
