Comment:

 Okay I've documented this new feature in r10657 and revised the update
 scripts in r10656 to have this new loader script.

 I'm still contemplating renaming the folder, but not sure it's worth the
 effort since 2012 load just required one minor adjustment and I suspect
 the script would work for 2011 data as well.
