Something must be broken -- Kashif, can you please jump in? This is a
blocked for PostGIS 2.1.0 RPMs.

That said, I started to worry about GEOS release process -- 3.4.0 was
broken, 3.4.1 cannot be built on Red Hat/Fedora...
