[postgis-devel] sql.in.c do we like not like?

I don't need it for syntax highlighting.  

I spoke with Bborie and your changes required him to delete his whole tree
too and restart.

It's not for change's sake, it's to be able to tell:

  "*.c matches C source code files"

Also, someone (Robe?) also had the benefit of syntax highlighting.
