Thinking about this more.  I think maybe address_standardizer_template_data
is a more appropriate extension name than sample_data. Sample_data implies
incompleteness.


It's a lot more than sample data since what you have satisfies the whole US
but needs tweaking based on application and preferred way people want their
data formatted but it's a good template for people to work from and we might
have similar templates for different countries.  No reason we can't bundle
those in since people can just drop the extension when they are done copying
what they want.
