[postgis-devel] Address standardizer data templates

Thinking about the new extension to hold lookup data for address
standardizer, I was thinking of just having one. We only have us now, but
even if it goes I don't want to have to install 20 extensions just to get
rules,lex,gaz for each.

So I am going to call it

address_standardizer_data_templates


And will package the current ones, but instead of calling the tables
lex,gaz,rules

Will call it

Us_lex, us_gaz, us_rules


So they don't conflict if we add more.
