I've denied both requests, since that we already have french and spanish languages added to the languages list. I understand that spanish spoken in Mexico is different from the spanish spoken in Spain, and if that is a huge problem we can create that language again.

Should those requests be denied, since we are adding a lot more work, without the necessary work force? I was thinking to make an announcement on transifex regarding those rules.
