[postgis-devel] Transifex translations to already existing languages

On the other hand, we have 3 or 4 "chinese", for several dialects. Same as
for turkish (2 dialects).

Should we leave these as is (there are no translations for any of these) or
should we delete them and enforce a "non-dialect" policy, at least for now?
