Should check the Java versioning thing make sure it stamps 2.1.6

You might want to consider backporting strk's fix for 9.5

It technically only affected 9.5, but as Tom Lane stated, assuming that PostgreSQL would include <float.h> for us is just wrong anyway. That said whatever they did they may introduce into a micro for the other minor versions, and it could end up being the same issue for newer micros.
