No, I wasn't aware that the website source was also maintained in SVN.
A patch to update the Debian GIS information is available in Trac:
https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/3334
The pgApt documentation looks like its needs an update too.
@Markus, please have a look at that and possibly provide a patch for
that too.
