[postgis-devel] postgis extension sans raster (only for folks who can't compile with raster support) - PSC Vote and developer/packager comments please

I (as the primary author PostGIS Raster) know that PostGIS raster has zero
QT. So, for QT to come into the linkage process indicates to me that
something is amiss on FreeBSD.
