What's your thought on when we create new tagged branch, having it auto upload the tar ball, pdf, doc html,epub  to download.osgeo.org?
But not doing it unless it's a tagged branch?

If so I'm going to go and create an 2.4.3RC2 and really tag it just to test that out :)
