[postgis-devel] PSC Vote: Micro Releases in about a Week - 2.5.1, 2.4.6, 2.3.8, Final 2.2.8

PostgreSQL 11.1 (and I assume the other micro-releases of PostgreSQL are
planned this Thursday).

We have quite a bit of bug fixes piled up too, so was thinking might be a
good idea to do a release soon.

I'm thinking this weekend or early next week.

So that would be

PostGIS 2.5.1, 2.4.6, 2.3.8, and EOL final release of 2.2 - > 2.2.8

Everyone okay with that plan?
