Github-wise there are two unmerged CI-green PRs:

PR by Raul that fixes div0 in https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/4190:
https://github.com/postgis/postgis/pull/315

PR by Dan that fixes "Error: Invalid number of points in LinearRing"
https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/3719:
https://github.com/postgis/postgis/pull/320

If those were made by someone without committer access I'd pull them in
already.
