[postgis-devel] PSC Vote: Stop installing liblwgeom INCLUDES in system

I know people have tried to prevent the liblwgeom system one from being
picked up instead of the one that is part of the source.

Greg Troxel submitted a patch once, worked great cause on NetBSD and FreeBSD
the system installed one was being picked up. 
 I think somewhere along the line someone ran into issues and changed the
sort of the includes which broke things again.

Anyway enough is enough because we don't even support liblwgeom being used
as a development package, so WHY  do we insist on installing the includes.

+1 for not installing it in 3.0

I think we had discussions and there was enough dissension about removing it
in earlier versions as a "BUG FIX".  Considered too breaking for some
reason.
So I'll settle for removing it in 3.0
