[postgis-devel] slow Dronie agents

As we started getting lots of timeouts in Dronie builds I've raised
the timeout to 3 hours, but still we're hitting that timeout
sometimes.

Looking at https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/sac/drone-agent-config.git/
I saw we're configuring agents to run up to 2 jobs in parallel:

    configure with export DRONE_RUNNER_CAPACITY=2 

Maybe this is too much for current capacity ?

Are all agent responsibles on this mailing list ?
According to https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Dronie
the only agent responsible is Regina, but I remember
someone else added an agent, on an rPI or something ?
