[postgis-devel] PSC Vote: Darafei and Raul to PSC

I’d like to nominate Darafei Praliaskouski and Raúl Marín Rodríguez to the
PostGIS PSC.

Both have contributed quite a bit to the PostGIS project in upkeep and
development and handling user contributions.

Raul has put in great efforts in MVT work, upgrade function support, and
backporting security and bug fixes.

Darafei has worked on speeding up some things, adding new functions to
SFCGAL and also reducing the redundancy in the SFCGAL/PostGIS proper
functions. Also that very cool new Hilbert curve sorting that is now how
geometries are sorted when you ORDER BY in 3.0.
