Another thing: about "feature branches" we could maybe
define a policy because right now pushing "feature branches"
to official repository is the ONLY way to have ALL bots
test the change, which I've been using for the
spatial-ref-sys-view branch, for instance.

We could maybe prefix those feature branches with a
tag like:

    testing/xxxxx
