[postgis-devel] PSC Vote: Release PostGIS 3.2.1, 3.1.5, 3.0.5, 2.5.6, and Final 2.4.10 next week

I think we have a good bit of changes ready to go for next micro release.

I'm thinking in another week would be a good time to release.

3.2.1, 3.1.5, 3.0.5, 2.5.6

And final release of 2.4.10 (and mark it as EOL).
