Thanks for meeting this morning/afternoon/evening to plan the path to 3.4 :)

* GEOS Release of 3.12
  * Release by Jun 24
* PROJ 9.2 and PROJ_NETWORK=ON
  * new ticket for visibility of network status of proj
  * find out of proj is built by pgdg with curl
  * write up a "how to update to proj 9.x" document for packagers (pramsey)
* PostGIS 3.4.0 Plans
  * 5254 Address standardizer put back regression tests #5254 (strk
will take on)
  * 5316 proj regression tests (robe will fix)
  * 5341 robe will close
  * 5370 robe will close
  * 5397 robe will close
  * All 3.4 tickets to be gardened (close, punt, fix) by July 19 (all agree!)
* Release targeting late August / early September
