PostGIS 3.5.0alpha1 released supports PG17

Note that SFCGAL won't support CGAL 6 any time soon [0], so SFCGAL 
support was disabled in the Debian package.

Loïc Bartoletti mentioned that "Time, Money and/or Contributions" are 
needed to make SFCGAL work with CGAL 6. If SFCGAL support in PostGIS is 
considered important enough you should consider contributing to the CGAL 
6 support in SFCAL.
