I did not mean to suggest not starting down the path.  I also didn't
mean to say that it's bad to pay attention.  I was only trying to stay
that rushing to meet deadlines causes trouble, in general.   I'm happy
to update locally to the next beta, once 3.4.3 is done and I can commit
that.
