Hello,

I'm working on my first contribution to PostGIS. I picked up this issue from trac: #5889 (Include location in topology errors) – PostGIS <https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/5889#no4> . And have a WIP pull request here: https://gitea.osgeo.org/postgis/postgis/pulls/273

 

The regress pipeline check failed because the docker container ran out of disk space, or at least that's what I'm taking away from this error: Error response from daemon: open /var/lib/docker/vfs/dir/9ea4ee7529a19d4c31fdd7b63375c9d38cae9e81d10f6dba989159143e04a97f/usr/lib/postgresql/13/lib/bitcode/amcheck/verify_nbtree.bc: disk quota exceeded

 

This was for check 13, 14, 15, 17 and also for installcheck. Is it possible to re-trigger these workflows?

 

Also I've been having some trouble getting the C formatter in VSCode/CLion to behave as every time the formatter runs it changes 90% of the file.I'm not sure if the formatters are ignoring the .clang-format file or not?

 

I'm somewhat new to C development so any tips would also be helpful, especially if there are some small but impactful issues that could be tackled.
