Thanks for PostGIS translations but please be aware of tags and quotes

Hi Denys, first of all thank you for your effort translating PostGIS to Ukrainian!

This mail to let you know that weblate allowed you to break the build by not warning you about malformed XML.
Things you should avoid are:

  1. Using smart quotes instead of ASCII ones for XML attributes
  2. Translating tags

You'll see these issues fixed by commit 87f1ded8cf25763cdf9f15142bb1219abcce2a57
