I noticed 3.5.4 was not released yet, so as someone pointed out we're now basically
missing the information about which bug were fixed by this 3.6.0 release,
as we usually just assume that a new minor includes all bug fixes from latest stable
release patch release.
Is that assumption wrong ? Should we make it an explicit policy ?
Should we mention latest stable releases in the NEWS of a .0 release ?
