I don't follow this. The NEWS for 3.6.0 should contain information
about 3.6.0. I don't think it makes sense to talk about other branches
in NEWS. According to traditional standards, 3.6.0's NEWS should be
relative to 3.5.0. But, the traditional definition of NEWS doesn't
include bugfixes anyway.
