Well, someone wondered why we didn't have bugfixes, so I pointed out
we assume .0 releases don't fix bugs but only introduce new features,
while bugs are fixed in stable releases...

Of course there are a lot of bug fixes since 3.5.0, but we don't want
to include them in the NEWS for 3.6.0, as you are saying, but since
if you come from 3.5.0 and upgrade to 3.6.0 you are EFFECTIVELY
getting all the bugfixes in all the 3.5.x releases cut until that
point, it could make sense to mention what was the latest 3.5.x
release at the time of 3.6.0 release ?
