regression failures with latest pre-releases

Hi,

after building the latest releases on macOS Tahoe with

* PostGIS 3.7.0alpha1
* PostgresQL 19beta2
* GEOS 3.15.0beta1
* SFCGAL 2.3.0
* GDAL 3.13.1
* PROJ 9.8.1

I'm seeing quite a lot regression failures in installcheck:

* 2 in core: 21 fixedoverlay_expected and 125 wrapx_expected where a LINESTRING instead of an expected MULTILINESTRING is returned
* 8 in topography (215, 254, 260, 263, 264, 265,273, 280) with different Spatial exceptions

The test suites of GEOS and PROJ are all green, if that matters.

Are these expected at that stage in development or what way of reporting would be preferred? There is likely a common root cause of these.
