 This is unrelated to postgresql version.
 The extensions/postgis_tiger_geocoder/Makefile.in is listing
 extras/tiger_geocoder/tiger_2011/tables/tiger_loader_2011.sql among its
 depedencies, but I only have
 extras/tiger_geocoder/tiger_2011/tables/lookup_tables_2011.sql in there.
 Should tiger_loader_2011.sql be also there ? Or is it supposed to be
 generated ?
