 no that looks like a typo on my part.  I know I haven't finished that yet
 but don't recall seeing those errors.  I may not have been paying
 attention though.  tiger_loader_2011 should not be there, should be
 replaced with tiger_loader_2012.sql.

 I'll take a look next I have the chance.
