 Never noticed it before, but now you mention it I see it in firefox but I
 rather like that behavior except that it seems to show the same title on
 every link of the page instead of what the link is about.

 I also notice our older docs don't have this behavior 1.4.2 for example,
 so must be something introduced with the new buildbot perhaps because
 she's using a newer version of docbook or our general monkeying around
 with our docbook setup.  I'll see if I can trace when this started
 happening.
